In a letter to its paid affiliate partners today, Fanatec announced today that its parent company Endor AG had filed to open insolvency proceeding. (The Autoverse is a Fanatec affiliate.)
Fanatec asserts that it will maintain business operations, sales, and customer support. They are seeking to be acquired and note Corsair remains interested in purchasing them.
